We have three ways to order from us. You may order from us through this website, by phone, by mail.
Online ordering
You are already on our website so you know about this method! The site uses the highest setting of encryption of data so your information is secure (and will never be shared). This is how we get 99% of our orders and they've all made it to us safely and securely so this method works great!
Order by Phone
Place an order at 1 727-260-1516 USA. We are here to answer your calls 9am - 3.30pm EST Mon-Fri. and will return any message you leave if we are unable to answer your call immediately.
Order by Mail
To order by mail, please follow these instructions:
Order Procedure for Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check (We will wait for your personal check to clear before shipping out the order.)
1. Go through the order process online just as you would if you were buying from the website.
2. Input your shipping address and shipping option.
3. It will give you a total with tax (if applicable) and the correct shipping cost.

4. Print the page.
5. Cancel out of the order process. (DO not enter the credit card info.)
6. Endorse Money Order or Check to Stephen Foster
7. Send your payment with a printed order page to:

If you don't have access to the internet when placing your order, please create a legible list of the items you want and include the appropriate shipping, and mail it to us.
We will ship all normal in-stock products promptly.
Sometimes, when we receive orders through the mail, some items run out of stock. In this case, we will call or email you with the current inventory status, so please, make sure to include your phone number and email address.
YOUR ORDER MUST HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL ADDRESS (IF YOU HAVE ONE) ENCLOSED. If we have an issue with your order and are unable to contact you by phone or email, your order may be canceled. Please, use the cards with verifiable billing addresses and phone numbers or use the above alternate payment options. We may call the billing phone number to verify the order.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and American Express on the website. We accept personal checks, bank checks, and money orders via the mail.
If you are uncomfortable placing an order online, you may call us to place an order. Or you may add your order to the shopping cart online, print out a copy of the order and mail it to us, along with a cashier's check or certified check. We will ship your order upon deposit and clearance of your check.
SALES TAX: State law requires us to collect a 7% sales tax for orders shipped to Florida.
