This Spare Tire Cover was printed on a heavy-weight Automotive, Marine 29 oz. Expandable Vinyl that will last a long time. The sideband is attached to the face with upholstered vinyl welting, not a cheap plastic reproduction. The tire cover is held on by a strong shock cord sewn into the back edge.
